Claviere is relatively quiet, making it a great option for families, with lots of childcare facilities on offer. The resort is also well linked to France, as it’s part of the extensive Milky Way circuit – one of the world’s largest lift-linked areas.

St Michael im Lungau

This small, traditional Austrian resort is a superb option if you’re looking for a laid-back ski holiday. The resort is well linked to the neighbouring resorts of Fanningberg, Grosseck-Speiereck and Katschberg-Aineck, opening up an enormous ski area for all abilities, but is particularly well suited to intermediate and advanced skiers.
